Pekárna Kabát is a Czech family bakery founded in 1992 that is now run by the second generation of the Kabát family. It makes hand-crafted bread, savoury and sweet pastries and delicatessen items from ingredients mostly of Czech origin, without unnecessary additives. Its products include the traditional Moravian koláč, a twisted roll with poppy seeds, a cranberry baguette and a bread called Třicátník, developed for its 30th anniversary and matured for 30 hours. The bakery sells its products through its own shops.
