Pedersen Fine Foods , S.A. is a Panamanian importer and distributor of gourmet foods, created in 2005 from a business founded in 1989 by Niels Pedersen that began by importing and smoking salmon. Since 1995 it has imported fine foods from Europe, including cheeses, cured meats, fresh meats, pasta and breads. It serves retail and food service customers nationwide with temperature-controlled delivery, specialised sales advisers and culinary advice, and has held ISO 9001:2015 certification since 2025.
