It uses its own method called Lenta Lavorazione, or slow processing, and says it takes the time needed to make its pasta. The range includes classic and legendary lines, gluten-free, organic and wholewheat pasta, egg pasta, legume pasta, semolina nests and gnocchi. It also has a professional line, makes its wholewheat pasta from 100 percent Italian wheat and uses packs that can be recycled with paper.
