Description

Pariani is an Italian family company that began in 2010 by producing hazelnut oil with a cold-pressing system developed together with the agriculture faculty in Turin. The oil is made only from Nocciola Piemonte PGI hazelnuts and quickly entered the kitchens of starred chefs. Its motto is research and excellence, with a focus on unusual or new ingredients. The range now covers whole nuts, chopped nuts, nut flours, candied fruit cubes and spreads, sold as ingredients for pastry and restaurants and as retail products.
