Palmaz Vineyards is a winery in the Napa Valley, located on the former Cedar Knoll Vineyard and Winery, which Henry Hagen founded in 1881. The Palmaz family revived the forgotten pioneer winery and its land. Its vineyards span hills and mountaintop mesas at three elevations on the flank of Mount George. The winery operates a cave that extends 18 stories into the mountain and uses gravity-flow winemaking. Its wines include Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Riesling, Muscat and Rosé, with a vintage guide covering wines from 2000 onward. The company also offers olive oil, virtual tastings and vineyard memberships.
