Özerlat is a coffee roaster in Nicosia, Cyprus, run by the Özerlat family since 1917, which makes it the oldest dry coffee roaster in the city. Its coffee roasting began when the founder's grandfather roasted coffee at home for his own use. Today it roasts selected coffee beans in its own facilities every day. The company also runs a cafe in the Arasta area of Nicosia, in a building it used as a roasting plant in the 1980s. It works with several bean varieties and prepares roast profiles for each batch.
