Neuburger is an Austrian meat product that has been made in Ulrichsberg in the Mühlviertel since 1948. It is made from beef and pork of schnitzel quality, with all ingredients from Austria and meat carrying the AMA seal. The company states that, because of its fine production, it falls in the highest class of the Austrian food code, unlike Leberkäse. Neuburger is sold in major food shops across Austria and in about 7,000 specialist shops in Germany.
