Description

Natural Umber is a British brand of organic apple cider vinegar that contains the Mother. It is made from apples grown in the UK and Ireland and is named after the deep colour that reflects the earthy tones of the orchards. The company says that its fermentation process gives the vinegar a naturally sweet taste. Its range includes Natural Umber Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and Umber Plus. The brand states that its years of growing and processing apples led it to develop its own fermentation methods, and it supplies stockists as well as selling through its own shop.
