Description
Murray Family Farms is a family farm in Bakersfield, California, that has been worked by the same family for generations. It grows fruit in its own orchards and sells it at its farm and at farmers' markets across California. The farm runs two barns, the Little Purple Barn and the Big Red Barn, and an orchard kitchen. It also offers seasonal visitor activities such as a pumpkin patch, sunflower picking and strawberry picking, and organises school tours. The company states that it grows what it sells, so that fruit does not have to travel far.
