Description

Munali Coffee is a coffee grower in Zambia, producing hand-washed, sun-dried Arabica at Mubuyu Farm below the Munali Hills. The coffee is grown at 1108 metres of altitude on 30 hectares of land. The company describes the cup as having a bright, citrus-like acidity and a tightly knit body, and says it also blends well with other coffees. Each stage of production is done on the farm, from seedlings and selective harvesting to hand washing, sun drying, hulling and grading.
