Mountain Bread is an Australian maker of thin, soft flatbread based on a traditional recipe originally made in the mountains of Lebanon. Commercial production began in 1985, after demand from the Lebanese community. The classic range includes white, fibre white, wheat, oat, rye, barley, rice and corn wraps, and a special range includes natural and spelt wraps. Other ranges include Mediterranean wraps such as spinach and tomato and basil, superfood wraps with chia, quinoa, beetroot, pea protein or turmeric, and pizza bases. The company has also launched a gourmet range called Michel's Fine Foods.
