Moulin St-Georges is a family-owned dry corn mill in Quebec that produces cornmeal, corn grits and corn flour. It says it is the only mill in the province making cornmeal and corn flour. The mill can produce 25 to 30 tonnes a day. Its range includes Select 16 coarse grits, Select 165 grits, Select 255 cornmeal, Select 400 fine cornmeal and corn flour, all de-germed and free of preservatives. The products are used in applications from ready-to-eat cereals to brewing adjuncts, and can be made to custom specifications.
