Molini Pivetti is an Italian flour mill founded in 1875, when Valente Pivetti built a steam mill in Renazzo near Ferrara. It is now run by the fifth generation of the family. The company grinds wheat grown only in selected fields in the provinces of Bologna, Modena and Ferrara. Its flours are made for pizzerias, bread making, fresh pasta and pastry, and there are special mixes, organic flours and flours for home use. The Pivetti Lab offers training in baking.
