Moinho Anaconda is a Brazilian flour mill in the Jaguaré industrial area of São Paulo, which has been in the market for almost 75 years. In 1951 João Martins, a Portuguese immigrant who had worked in wholesale in São Paulo since 1929, bought the industrial unit it still uses. The company sells wheat flour in general use, specialty, professional and top-tier lines, as well as ready mixes, for breads, pastries, pizza and pastel. It states that its Paraná mill was the first mill in Brazil to run on 100% solar energy.
