Description

Mlýn Perner is a Czech flour mill in Svijany, on a site where a mill has been documented since 1420. It uses Bühler technology and produces more than 150,000 tonnes of flour a year, around 14% of the industrial flour output in the Czech Republic. It mills grains and pseudo-cereals to customer requirements and is able to mill wholemeal flour to the fineness of smooth flour. The Perner family has owned the mill since 1933, and since 2018 the company has also made its own flour under the Pernerka brand.
