Miso Tasty is a United Kingdom miso brand started by its founder Bonnie Chung after a three-year quest to learn about miso, including making her own miso in Japan. The brand made its debut in Selfridges in 2011 and says it became the first miso brand on UK supermarket shelves. It has recently achieved B Corp certification. Miso Tasty publishes recipes that use miso in dishes such as salads, focaccia, fish fillets, pancakes and desserts. The products are sold through stockists.
