Mirha Exports , together with its sister company Al Super Frozen Foods, is an Indian exporter of halal frozen bovine and buffalo meat, founded in 1997. The meat is deboned and deglanded and shipped to more than 38 countries. The business runs three plants, one in Punjab and two in Uttar Pradesh, with a combined capacity of over 400 metric tonnes per day. The company states that it procures animals from disease-free zones within 100 km of each plant and rests them for 24 hours before processing. It is recognised as a Star Export House by the Government of India.
