Description

MIR-KAR is a Polish family-owned meat company in Pajęczno, established in 1998. It began by buying and slaughtering pigs and later added meat cutting, producing pork sides and pork parts. Since 2010 it has also run a cold store that freezes and stores meat products, fruit and vegetables, with space for 1,500 tonnes and 1,500 pallets at temperatures down to minus 23 degrees Celsius. The company applies a HACCP system and works with customers in the European Union, Eastern Europe, America, Africa and Asia, with more than 140 export directions.
