Description

Minnelea is an Italian producer of artisan jams, marmalades, vegetables in oil, savoury spreads and pasta sauces, made in small batches. Its Method 55 cooks the fruit in vacuum kettles at 55 degrees Celsius instead of boiling it, so that the aroma and colour stay close to those of fresh fruit. The jams contain three ingredients, fruit, raw cane sugar and lemon juice, with no added pectin, preservatives or colourings. The vegetables are acidified under vacuum and covered with extra virgin olive oil. The products have won a Great Taste Award in 2025 and a WineHunter Gold in 2026.
