Description

Milkos is a dairy from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, that makes yoghurt, kefir, ayran, milk and cream. The company has produced kefir for 65 years using its own technology, based on the fermented milk drink originally from the Caucasus. It also makes a cooking cream with 20% milk fat that it positions for professional cooks. Its Farma Spreča milk farm supplies milk, and the Milkos brand is recognisable by its moustache motif.
