Description

Meurens Natural is a Belgian family-owned producer of unrefined ingredients from cereals, with more than 30 years of experience. Its range includes unrefined organic and conventional cereal extracts, such as syrups, bases and proteins. The company says it was the first to introduce unrefined cereal syrups to the market. It works directly from flour with mechanical filtration, rather than using starch alone as in conventional glucose production. It develops formulations together with customers from the first brief, with certified Belgian production.
