Metzgerei Zoller is a specialist butcher shop in Sinzheim between Baden-Baden and Bühl. It was opened in 1953 by Valentin Zoller, led for more than 37 years by Klaus Zoller, and handed in 2014 to master butcher Thorleif Müller. The counter offers fresh meat, homemade sausage, ham smoked in the shop, salads and a small selection of cheese. White sausages are made on Thursday mornings, and the shop favours regional suppliers who raise their animals with care.
