Description

Merko is a Turkish tomato processor that has operated since 1982, with a modern plant in Bursa. Its products include tomato paste, aseptically packed diced tomatoes and tomato juice concentrate, the latter prepared for sauces and ketchups. The company exports and has taken part in international trade fairs such as Gulfood, Foodex Japan, APAS Show and WorldFood Istanbul. Its Gusdo brand received an award from the International Taste Institute. It opened its 2025 harvest season at its plant in Bursa.
