Description

Mercado Jamón Ibérico is a family business that has traded in the centre of Madrid since 1965 and has more than 50 years of experience. It specialises in Iberian hams, with a range that includes acorn-fed ham and shoulder. Besides selling products, the company runs product tastings and ham-carving courses, some combined with a dinner or a flamenco show. It delivers across Spain and Europe, and it also offers acorn-fed Iberian ham in Mexico and the USA. The company says it passes its love of Spanish gastronomy from generation to generation.
