Marduy Un is a Turkish wheat flour producer in Mardin, founded in 2010 on 25,000 square metres in the Mardin Organized Industrial Zone. Its mill has a daily capacity of 250 tons of wheat flour, and it sells flour and bran in 50 kilogram and 30 kilogram sacks. It buys wheat from the Turkish Grain Board, farmers and tradesmen at harvest time, and also imports wheat from countries including Russia, Kazakhstan, Brazil and the United States. Its bread flour is sold under many brands, among them Marduy, Ebu Abid, Rimas, El-Kevser, Al Hamdani, Çınar and Serhed.
