Mardesic — Mardešić d.o.o. is a Croatian company with a long tradition of processing blue fish, located in Sali on the island of Dugi Otok. Its products are prepared to traditional island recipes. In Croatia it sells under its own Mardešić brand and makes private label products for the retailers Konzum, Plodine, Lidl and Ultra gros.
