M.B. Haskett Delicatessen is a community restaurant in historic downtown Sioux Falls, South Dakota, near the State Theater. It has served cuisine inspired by Lucia Watson since it opened in January 2012, founded by Michael Haskett on the idea of real food made by real people. The kitchen works with minimally processed, ingredient-focused food and cooks seasonally from scratch, with a menu that changes daily. The restaurant serves breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, with sandwiches, crepes and entrees on the menu. It moved into a fully renovated historic space in the Southwest Building in 2014.
