Lindheim Ølkompani is a Norwegian craft drinks producer based on a farm, which has made beer and cider for 13 years. Cider and fruit wine now make up a large part of its production, alongside beer, ice cider, barrel-aged sour beer and non-alcoholic drinks. The farm shop stocks more than 50 different beers and ciders and, in autumn, freshly pressed apple juice, while the bar offers a wider selection. The farm also has a garden restaurant that runs seasonally. Restaurants, cafés, bars and mountain lodges can order the beer, cider and apple juice for serving.
