After more than thirty years in business, its bakers follow centuries-old family recipes. It also makes vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free products and products without added sugar, and its shops sell chocolate and artisan ice cream. The Hé Pie pastry concept was created within Bakkerij de Haas in Haps, a bakery more than 100 years old.
