Description
Ligurmar (Morando & Veri) was founded in Genoa in 1975 and trades, processes and distributes fresh and frozen fish, with a stand at the Genoa fish market. It imports stockfish directly from the Lofoten Islands in Norway, salted cod from the Faroe Islands, fresh fish from France and Spain, and frozen products such as Argentine shrimp and Moroccan and Patagonian squid. Using its own refrigerated fleet, it supplies shops, markets, restaurants, hotels and large retail chains.
