Description
Le Vitel à Porter is the pasta workshop, or pastificio, of the Le Vitel Etonné restaurant in Turin, Italy. The restaurant was founded in 2001 by Luisa Pandolfi and takes its name from a play on French and Piedmontese, built around the Piedmontese dish vitel tonné, which is always on the menu. The kitchen draws on Piedmontese tradition with Mediterranean influences and pays attention to vegetarian and vegan tastes. The pastificio sells fresh pasta for takeaway and delivery. The restaurant is run by a kitchen team led by Max, with Bruna and Luisa in the dining room.
