Ktima Fuga is an organic farm in Loukas in Ilia, Greece, founded when seven friends bought the estate in 1992 after planning the project since 1986. It lies next to one of the largest oak forests in the Balkans. The founders left careers in graphic design, engineering, law, computing and psychology to follow the plan. The farm produces organic honey, pollen and royal jelly, as well as extra virgin olive oil.
