Kerr's Beer is a family-owned craft brewery founded in 2022 and based on Rosemains Farm in Midlothian, Scotland. The brewery draws on historical records of forgotten breweries to combine traditional beer styles with modern ingredients and a scientific approach. Most ingredients come from UK suppliers, including British hops and barley grown as close as Fife. The brewery is fully electric and half of its energy comes from solar panels. James is the head brewer, and his parents Peter and Christine are co-founders.
