Kemal Kukrer is a Turkish producer of vinegars, sauces and pickles with 111 years of experience. Its vinegars are made by traditional natural fermentation and include apple, grape, balsamic and white vinegars, as well as organic apple and grape vinegars. The company also makes a vegan, 100 percent pomegranate sour, and a range of dips, hot sauces, salad and raw meatball sauces, sumac sour and soy sauces. A newer line of drinkable vinegars is flavoured with natural ingredients such as honey and mastic. Under the Turşukur name it produces fermented pickles and roasted vegetable products.
