Kelterei Mitschke is a family fruit juice press in Ebersbach-Neugersdorf, Germany, thought to have been founded in 1931 by Reinhold Spies as a sweet must press. It was nationalised in the GDR in the 1970s and has been run privately by the Mitschke family since 1989/90, with Gunter Mitschke as owner since 2008. Its main product is apple juice made from fruit from regional gardens. The range also includes sparkling seccos made from orchard fruit, such as rhubarb, quince-apple and apple.
