Kelterei Jörg Stier is a family cider and apple wine producer in the Bischofsheim district of Maintal, Germany, in business since 1960. The company aims to keep the traditional apple wine craft alive while staying open to other traditions. It makes more than 30 apple products of its own production, including classic apple wines, apple juices, apple cider, apple secco and sparkling apple wines made by traditional bottle fermentation. In the pressing season it also sells freshly pressed cloudy apple juice that is bottled and pasteurised straight away. Products are shipped across Germany and sold in the company's own shops.
