Kaffeerösterei Frieda-Kaffee is a coffee roastery in Flensburg, Germany, that uses selected green coffees for filter coffee and espresso. It was founded in 2010 by Katrin Dietz and Kim Bokelmann with a small roaster in the Café Frieda am Park in Hamburg-Ottensen, which gave the company its name. It later moved to a farm in Angeln, then to Steinbergkirche, and now works from a large hall in Flensburg. The range includes single-origin filter coffees, espresso, a blend for fully automatic machines and decaffeinated coffee. It sells through an online shop and a weekly warehouse sale.
