Description

Jones Potato Chips — Jones Potato Chip Company is a potato chip maker from North Central Ohio, started in the early 1940s by Frederick W. Jones, who had been a potato chip distributor without chips to sell. His supplier gave him a blessing and taught him how to produce chips, and he first cooked them by hand in a kettle. The company has extended its sales area from a few counties in North Central Ohio to most of the United States. It also makes chips under private label for other businesses.
