Huisbrouwerij Sint Canarus is a small craft brewery in Gottem, Deinze, Belgium, that describes itself as once the smallest brewery in the country. The brewers do all the work themselves and make beers they like to drink. The range includes Sint Canarus Tripel at 7.5 percent, Maeght van Gottem at 6.5 percent, the wheat beer Witte Piet at 5 percent, Stravvere Piet and Stoute Piet at 10 percent, Potteloereke bruin at 8 percent and Père Canard bruin at 8.5 percent.
