Description
Hofladen Werderhof is the farm shop of the Werderhof south of Göttingen, a farm in the Geismaraner Feldmark that is run in its third generation. The farm grows asparagus, potatoes, strawberries, grain and sugar beet. White and green asparagus are sold in eight gradings, and strawberries of six varieties come from fields at Göttingen and Duderstadt. The farm shop also stocks poultry products from Borgmeier, including its Kikok range, and items such as soups, ham, noodles and sauces. Products are sold at the shop, the Göttingen weekly market and seasonal roadside stands.
