Hofladen Betz is a farm shop in Laichingen, Germany, that sells ecologically produced meat and sausage from its own animals. Besides pork from the Swabian-Hall country pig, it offers meat from its own water buffalo, as well as beef, poultry, over 40 kinds of sausage, Maultaschen, salads and house-made smoked meat. It markets its whole production itself through the farm shop and weekly markets, and a 24-hour pickup station holds sausage and meat.
