Hansens Brauerei is a brewery restaurant at the inner harbour of Flensburg that describes itself as Germany's northernmost brewpub. It has brewed craft beer there since 1990, in the listed building of the city's oldest rum house. The beers are natural and unfiltered, with Hansens Pilsener and Hansens Schwarzbier as standards, a wheat beer in summer, and seasonal beers including a Regatta beer, a Maibock and a Christmas Bock. The kitchen serves traditional dishes such as grilled pork knuckle and schnitzel, with a beer garden terrace, a brewery buffet, and siphons and party kegs for take-away.
