Description

Hansens is a Danish ice cream maker that calls its product the original Danish ice cream, made from organic ingredients and free of artificial additives. It is based on four generations of ice cream experience and about 100 years of know-how. Raw materials such as vanilla, chocolate and lemons come from what it calls its family of organic suppliers, and its chocolate is made from Ugandan cocoa beans by chocolate maker Friis Holm. The company works on climate and sustainability initiatives, takes on business customers as resellers, and organises the Hansens gravel cycling race.
