Haile Coffee is an Ethiopian specialty coffee company founded by Haile Gebreselassie. It sells single-origin Ethiopian coffee that it describes as hand-roasted and fair to farmers. The coffee is grown in the forests of Sheka, where the company has its own farm and its own washing and drying stations, and it selects only ripe cherries. It offers washed and natural (sun-dried) coffees and has added honey-processed coffee.
