Hacienda La Minita is a coffee company named after its flagship farm in Los Santos, Costa Rica, which has been its foundation since the late 1960s. It has exported coffee under the La Minita name since 1985 and was one of the first to sell single estate coffee. It imports specialty coffees from around the world and owns and manages coffee farms and mills, including La Pradera, a 181-hectare farm at 1,550 metres growing mainly caturra, and Rio Negro. Milling began in the early 2000s, and the operation was acquired by ITO EN in 2014.
