Gülgün Süt Ürünleri is a family-run dairy in Cyprus, founded by Halil Betmezoğlu in 1990 and handed to his sons in 2007. Its products include traditional halloumi, kaşar cheeses and white cheeses, made from daily fresh milk. The plant covers 14,000 square metres and processes 70 to 100 tonnes of milk a day depending on the season. It has 54 workers and a fleet of 17 vehicles, and it holds ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certificates and BRC. The company says its products are 100% natural.
