Description

Guillon is a French distillery in Louvois in the Marne, between Reims and Epernay, in the Montagne de Reims regional nature park. It has been making spirits since 1997 and focuses on malt, with a motto that its spirit is neither whisky nor bourbon. Its products are grouped in ranges: Classiques, Finitions matured in casks with strong influences, and Prestige, which are rare long-matured bottlings. It also makes other spirits. The distillery runs tastings, a shop and a museum and offers distillery visits.
