Description

Gooralie Free Range Pork is a family-owned farm near Goondiwindi in Queensland's Darling Downs. Gooralie is a long-established mixed farming enterprise that produced lamb and beef for generations before diversifying into branded free-range pork. Its pigs are born and raised outdoors and are free to roam 24 hours a day, with spring-fed water, shade and shelter. The farm calls its method The Gooralie Way and publishes pork recipes.
