Golda is a Turkish pasta manufacturer based in Karaman. Its product groups include pasta, special pasta, semolina, legumes and snacks. The company states that it operates five factories with about 350 workers, on a site with one million square metres of open area and 76,000 square metres of indoor area. Recent investments include a 1,800 kW solar power plant for its own use, a checkweigher and a metal detector for product safety. A 2026 notice says the company is preparing a public offering.
