Fromagerie St-Albert is a Canadian cheese cooperative founded in 1894 by a group of Franco-Ontarian dairy farmers in St-Albert, Ontario. It works with small local farmers and makes products from fresh cheese curds to aged cheddars. The cooperative built a new factory in 1950, acquired Fromagerie Mirabel in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec, in 2009, and rebuilt after a fire in 2013 destroyed much of its facilities. It celebrated its 125th anniversary in 2019.
